Registration Requirement
Before viaNexus can enable access to Nasdaq-listed (UTP) data — whether real-time or delayed — your organization must: Register as a Professional Subscriber with the UTP Plan Administrator.
Execute the UTP Plan Subscriber Agreement (if not already on file). Provide confirmation to viaNexus of your approved registration or your vendor-of-record details. Email confirmation to suport@vianexus.com in order for viaNexus to complete the entitlement process.

You May
• Use the data within your firm’s internal systems, research environments, or applications.
• Display delayed or real-time data to authorized users within your firm under the terms of your UTP agreement.

Professional users agree that viaNexus may collect and retain usage and entitlement logs to comply with UTP Plan reporting and audit obligations.
Your firm may be contacted directly by Nasdaq / the UTP Plan Administrator to confirm usage classification and reporting accuracy.
