As Reported SEC Filings
As-reported financials are pulled directly from raw SEC filings. The dataset includes financial data from U.S. company filings (10-K, 10-Q and 8-K) and from foreign private issuer filings (20-F and 40-F annual reports, plus 6-K interim reports that contain financial statements). History is available as far back as 2009. For foreign issuers, coverage begins when the company started filing XBRL financial data with the SEC. Foreign issuer values are in the company's reporting currency, shown in the currency field.
As path parameters, pass a stock trading symbol as the key and a filing type (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 20-F, 40-F or 6-K) as the subkey.

documentType* subkey | string | The type of SEC filing document. Common values include '10-K' (annual reports), '10-Q' (quarterly reports), and '8-K' (current reports for material events). |

| formFiscalQuarter | number, null | Fiscal quarter (1–4) that the filing covers. |
