electionDate	string, null	Date when shareholders can make elections regarding the spinoff. The format is `YYYY-MM-DD`.
exDate `date`	string, null	Date that determines which shareholders are entitled to receive the spinoff. The format is `YYYY-MM-DD`
figi	string, null	OpenFIGI ID for the symbol
flag	string, null	Payment type. Supported values: • `Autocall` • `Cash&Stock` • `Cash` • `DissenterRights` • `Interest` • `Maturity` • `Rebate` • `Stock` • `Special` • `ToBeAnnounced` • `Blank`
hasWithdrawalRights	number, null	Indicates whether withdrawal rights apply. 1 = Yes, 0 = No.

notes	string, null	Additional notes or comments.
parValue	number, null	For a stock, par value is the stock value stated in the corporate charter. For a bond, par value is the face value. Par value for a fixed-income instrument security, such as a bond, determines its maturity value and dollar value of coupon payments.
